1€ = 1 point
To see how many points you can earn on each product page and to receive your points, you need to create an account.
As soon as you received 100 points, you can redeem a 5€ discount on your next order.
200 points will give you 10€ discount, and so on…

How does it works ?

5 loyalty levels exist: from Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinium, to VIP.
Each level has got unique advantages, more and more interesting.
For each level reached, we give you a BONUS of 100 points.

Where can I see my points and redeem into discounts ?

By going into “My Account” and into the sub-menu “My Points”, you’ll be able to see how many points you’ve totally collected, how many points you can redeem into discounts, and what’s your current loyalty level.

3 tabs are visible:

• Points history: The history of your orders and the points related to them,
• Targets to achieve: The summarize of the loyalty levels,
• Manage points: Where you can convert points in a coupon code.

What are the advantages per level ?

By going into “My Account” and into the sub-menu “My Points”, you’ll be able to see how many points you’ve totally collected, how many points you can redeem into discounts, and what’s your current loyalty level.

Bronze: By creating an account, you’re automatically into the Bronze level.
It gives you an early access to releases, redeemable rewards and secret promo codes.

Silver: As soon as you reach this level, you have the same features as the previous level.
However, you’ll automatically earn +100points as a BONUS, you will be integrate into our private group discussion where you can discuss with others holders of Frosty Kids items and you’ll receive a surprise pendant for free, delivered at home !

Gold: You have the same features as the previous level, except promo code and rewards will be higher, and finally you earn +100points as a BONUS.

Platinium: You have the same features as the previous level but for your birthday, we’ll send you a free gift to celebrate this magical date!

VIP: The maximum level of Frosty Kids Loyalty Program.
You will be part of an amazing experience: from early access, to unique rewards and advantages, 2 gifts (one for your birthday and another one for Christmas), exclusive entry to our pop-ups and parties. It will be like you are part of our directive board !
